The general manager is Greg Sage and the executive chef is Adam Polisei. This restaurant is perfect for dates, anniversary dinners, family lunch and dinners, and enjoy the bar life. You can call for online reservations or contact them to make reservations over the phone to make a date for a day/night out. Your reservations can include one of three private party rooms that your party guests can enjoy. The Prime 1 room can seat 18 guests, the Prime 2 room can hold up to 30 guests, and both Prime rooms can be combined for 60 guests. Happy hour at Ocean Prime is Monday-Friday from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. to enjoy some of your favorite cocktails. On Sunday evening, enjoy half off bottles of wine in their dining room including 300 selected bottles from their collections. The lunch menu includes appetizers, salads, signature salads, sandwiches, and prime specialties. The dinner menu includes soups, raw bar, appetizers, signature appetizer, salads, chef’s compositions, prime feature, prime steaks, accessories, potatoes, and supper club sides.  The choices of wine to choose from sparkling wines, white wines, red wines, new and old chardonnays, sauvignon blanc, selected whites, Italian reds, new and old world pinot noir, Spanish blends,  merlot, or cabernet sauvignon & blends. The delicious desserts to choose from are blueberry lemon cheesecake, white chocolate key lime tart, crème brulee, chocolate peanut butter pie, sorbet, baked Alaska, chocolate cake, and ten layer carrot cake. Private dining menu includes shellfish sampler, colossal shrimp cocktail, oysters on the half shell, point Judith sweet chili calamari, aged Wisconsin cheddar fondue, white truffle caviar deviled eggs, Sonoma goat cheese ravioli, colossal shrimp sauté, ahi tuna tartare, and jumbo lump crab cakes. The private party menu also includes lunch menu A, lunch menu B, dinner menu A, dinner menu B, dinner menu C, and dinner menu D. I really liked the food at this restaurant and the atmosphere was really comforting. My girlfriend and I had to sit outside the restaurant which had a fireplace and heaters to make you as comfortable as possible. Ocean Prime fills up quick so make reservations a head of time. I ordered the half shell oysters for an appetizer and they were really good to start off the night out. I ordered the eight ounce filet mignon and two lobsters tails for dinner and I really enjoyed the filet mignon but I thought that the lobster tails were really small. My girlfriend ordered the Ocean Prime house salad with romaine, spinach, granny smith apples, goat cheese, walnuts, and sherry mustard vinaigrette which she said was really good. I really encourage you to try Ocean Prime for a date night out in Troy, Michigan.
